Mr_t4k there is no such thing as 'resetting' your account. Please post your logs and a description of the problem. If you already have a thread open please do not open more threads.

Hey, I probably have the same problem. Can't enter chat lobby.
I was able to connect to chat yesterday without problems. Have anything changed since then?

I believe I have same problem. I was able to connect yesterday but now my nickname seems to be not registered. Please notice that it puts some unrecognized characters around my nickname in log output. :

This is a known error that has been confirmed by Gorton in #Aeolus it is actively being worked on !

If you need to access #aeolus then use http://wiki.faforever.com/index.php?tit ... IRC_server

If you get the same error ensure you type /nickserv register "password" "email" and then attempt to join again using /join #aeolus
