Can't download the beta.

The beta download for FAF no longer works, which sucks because I just got me and my friend into Forged Alliance and we need the 3652 beta, but we can't seem to download it because the beta download link 404's.

Another issue I seem to be having is that starting with X-treme wars doesn't actually change anything at all.
