i need help logging in please someone

it has been quite some time since i have been on FaF. I have since reset my computer and wiped the hard drive. I just downloaded FaF and cannot seem to get my account info. i request a password change and it says i should get an email. i never get the email. i am not sure what to do i need an admin or someone to look at my account or help me get my account reactivated.

by the way, even when i try to create a new account i go through the process and it says i create one, then go to log in, and it doesnt work.

You cannot use a new account due to the smurfing protection.

Apart from that I can confirm that password reset emails are not being sent despite it saying that they are being sent. I tried entering either my FAF user name or my email multiple times over the course of a couple of hours now.

Same problem. I cannot login to my account. I have auto login enabled. Now the regedit trick no longer works for me. I think i overwrote my original FaF installation with the BETA install. I either am not recieving the reset emails, or its going to an old email account that I dont have access to. My username is RedHairyLlamaZ, and my email is [email protected] . Checked my spam folder, tried creating a new email.

Earlier today/yesterday we moved faf to a new server. Components are still being migrated across. We are aware that the username/password change service is not working. Please be patient it is being worked on.

I am also having the same problem since the update. I have never changed my name or login info. Been playing FOREVER. Password reset says will send email but no such luck please help Sheeo.

I can't login: the client says password is wrong but I am 99% sure it isn't. I click to reset password, and it won't send me the reset email.

Please fix!
