engie assist

most of the bug have been fixed.

there is still this one : engie that are ordered to assit an acuupgrade, while this one is being pause, won't assist it until it is un-paused.

btw : if you gave the assist order while the acu is not pause, even if the acu is in pause when the engie reach the acu, the engie will assist. (for this purpose you need to have the engie at some distance from the acu obviously)
