UI bug: templates don't show names on mouseover

Hi, I've got a bug in the UI to report:

When selecting templates to build, the name of the template used to appear when mousing over it, but now mousing over a template icon does nothing. This makes it harder to quickly select the correct template (you have to either right-click the template to get its name and an action menu, or just left-click it and see what shows up).

if you use any UI mods, please try again after disabling them
(generally i also suggest to use hotkeys to cycle through templates, you will see what it is that way aswell, but it does not fix the potential bug)

Yes, I can confirm that this occurs without any UI mods, using the latest FAF beta, and on two separate computers.

Update: Found another template name bug while looking through menus.

In the Interface options menu, there's a "template name" option that was defaulting to off. However, turning it on doesn't fix the original bug, and doesn't do what it's supposed to do either. I've attached an example, where the template named "Point Defense" gets "D1_Desc" printed below it.

And, of course, the original bug is still there: nothing happens when I mouse over the template icon, when it should pop up the template name.
