Bug: ACU moves during upgrade

In this ladder game my ACU was moving on it's own for a bit during an upgrade. It happened when I tried a T2 upgrade (a second time after cancelling the first try). I could not stop the ACU from moving either... Is this a known problem or possibly a new exploit?
I'm asking since my opponent besides not liking this game in general was asking if I was cheating...

I have managed to reproduce it reliably, not sure what exactly needed to reproduce but i just do: move order -> upgraide -> move order very fast (one move order might be enought or maybe not)

can't reproduce walking and building thought
that could potentially bring whole new branch of OP build orders

can we fix that shit? cause i feel ready to abuse it (i will try to resist)
as well as t2 shield working in t2 gunship thingy

if replay is not usefull enought i can make shorter replay

Thanks ZLO for testing this and providing all those files. Not sure if we should post how to reproduce it if you already feel like this is an exploit though. Maybe next time we should PM it one of moderators.

It actualy is worse than I thought because I thought my ACU was moving because of a colission with my tank, turns out you can just do it with orders AND have precise control of the direction? Though it does not euh... seem to stop where you click? Does it even respect locomotion/physics? What happens if you send it towards obstructions?
