Getting Multiple Account Error on First Account Creation

I've been trying to get my account setup, but while logging in it gave an error saying I need to link my steam account and to contact a forum admin. It also gave a secondary error stating "Unique ID found for another user. Multiple accounts are not allowed."

I'm not really sure what to do as I've never set up an account before. I'm trying to play Sub Com with a friend, he told me to download FaF and run through that but i've had troubles from the first login.
