Log in problems

I have been trying to get my friends into FAF and they installed it and now all they need to do is log in but for some reason when they log in it gets stuck at the logging in screen and just disappears after awhile of just loading i even tried making his account myself and he activated it and its all good to go but it just keeps saying logging in and not doing anything its the same thing when i try to make a new account it logs in infinity could someone please help me so me and my friend can play.
