foorged alliance forever software error

hi everybody, i instaled few days ago forged alliance forever lobby software and when i start the program from the desktop icon it give me an error. i cant enter ffa lobby. does somebody got the same issues? or somebody could help me? please.

Write the error message as precise as possible.

it say : this application failed to start because the application configuration is incorect.reinstaling the application may fix the problem. that what is wrote....really i instaled few time this software last few days ..i downloaded everytime another ffa msi and no change...i use windows xp it a problem with xp?

do i have to open the game then start the application? what is the issue?

You need some VC redistributable (try 2005 and 2008).
You also need Service Pack 2 as a bare minimum.

i got windows xp sp2 last updates ...where from can i get this vc distributables?
