I cannot log into forged alliance forever. Please reset my userid. Somebody logged into his account on my laptop and I cannot log into fa with my username. Please and thank you in advance!

I have and I can't get anybody to resolve this. I've email an administrator and a moderator and haven't heard from anybody. Getting frustrating!!

Can you descrive the error with more detail ?
Did you read about submiting logs with support request ?

i did link with steam and I did submit logs. it copied and pasted it in my other post about the same topic....

I just want somebody to purge a particular username (not mine) from the system so I can link my username with steam. somebody logged into faf on my laptop with their username and that person doesn't remember his password or email to steam. please, I just need assistance so I can start using my username on faf.
