Lag from proxy sever

Hello,

Since the patch (Patch 3643) of the 24th of juli (if it was earlier i didn't nothis, i started playing again this week) i seem to lag or have connection problems to people to whom i need to connect with through the proxy. Before the patch i seem to have had no problem with using the proxy server.

I tried to fix the problem by opening port on my router (6112) this didn't help. At the moment i'm lost with what to do.

Any help is welcome.
