manually removing observers from lobby

HI,

Dunno if this is the right place but,

I had an instance just now where an observer was not connecting to other players and hence I couldn't start the game and auto kick him. He was being a D**k and wouldn't leave. Could we get a kick observers button for the lobby host?

Rightclick 'm = kick

If that bugs, move obs yourself, let them take your slot and then kick 'm.
