Expert vs Expert Tournament

This tournament is called Expert vs Expert and only players with Rank over 1800 (1vs1) are able to join. The cash prize values 70$.

The registration of the tournament will end on December 17th or sooner if 16 players join.

The players have to play starting from 17 December till 31 December and the players will have to play their matches between the following hours: 4PM - 9PM GMT + 00:00 London time.

IMPORTANT! All the matches will be recorded and uploaded on SergiuHellDragoonHQ's YouTube Channel.
Prizes:

1st Place - 40$ & Tournament Winner Avatar
2nd Place - 20$ & Faction Face
3rd Place - 10$ & Faction Logo

(the money will be sent via Paypal to the winners)

Does that mean the games have to be played at a fixed time or does that mean the 2 players who play can play at any time between 17 -> 31

Players will play their games between 16:00 GMT and 21:00 GMT which their opponent, and a more detailed instructions about the maps, how long you've got to play each game etc will be given out on the 17th.

Remember though , with 16 people max and 14 days, you've got quite a bit of time there.
