Forum or ticket system to report bugs?

When an exception occurs in the FAF client it pops up a dialog with a button linking to this issue tracking system: https://github.com/FAForever/lobby/issues

so what is the best way to report a bug? A forum post here or creating a new issue on the issue tracking system?
