Can't run faf on 64 bit windows

I used to have a 32 bit operating system (win 7) and i played FA running it from C/program data/FAForever/bin/forged alliance .exe to have all the colours, mods etc.
Recently i've also installed a 64 bit system on a separate partition and that exe doesn't work from here (just shows me a black screen).i can now only run it from it's default game folder where i dont have any of the changed colours and interface.
i've already tried reinstalling faf and updating my directx with no success and if i switch back to the 32 bit windows i can run that same exe file just fine.
Any idea what might be the problem?I'd really appreciate it

move the stuff from \Users\*\My Documents\My Games\...
to your new partition/home folder.
There is also a file game.prefs somewhere in \Users\*\AppData

i moved all the files from my old partition (with 32bit) \Users\*\My Documents\My Games\... to the analogue folder in the new partition and the same for the game.prefs file
Still no result

We need game.log and faforever.log.

I can't find game.log and faforever.log anywhere on my computer.
the only logs i could find are these ones from /program data/FAForever/logs.

Those were the logs I meant, unfortunately misspelled forever.log, sorry

Have you set Options->Settings->Save game logs and tried to run the game? Then there should very well be a game.log file.

I'm sorry to be a noob here but where more exactly do i have the option to enable game logs. I know its probably obvious but i'm really tired right now and i can't seem to find it.

I have enabled the logs from the faf lobby and there is still no game.log file (before of after i try to run it), just the three i have posted before. The same for the 32 bit system where it works and i am 100% sure the setting was enabled now( on both systems).
