Black Ops - F1 (Key Bindings Window Stuck)

In the Black Ops mod (from list on find games) if you hit F1 and open key bindings you cannot close it as the Close button nor F1 work to close it. This only happens in the Black Ops Mod.

Solution (Sometimes?) ->

Open Supreme Commander FA (Not FAF).
Go to Extras -> Mods and Enable UI Gaz Mod
Start a Skrimish, Hit F1, Assign F1 (Open Key Bindings) to Numpad Period or anything that is not already bound.
Hit Close
Quit Game
Profit
F1 will no longer Bug out in Black Ops Mod.
