its a very rare bug, and needs specific conditions to occur.
maybe this will be of some use in the future to someone, probably not.
what you see is this:

the rest of the map is noticeably darker as well, and the dark area changes depending where you view it from. also notice the lack of detail inthe mountains which disappears. looks a bit like the whole map is in shadow
my guess is it has something to do with decal voodoo in the corner somewhere.
if a mapper is feeling extra bored maybe they could figure out what it is,
its reproducable:
1. host a game with "Wonder 5v5" NOT "wonder 5v5 v3"
2. have the "Better LOD v1" ui mod installed and activated
3. zoom in and out until you see it
4. it only shows up at some zoom levels and only if the bottom right corner of the map is visible.
Solutions:
1.play the proper version of wonder: "Wonder 5v5 v3"
2.disable "better LOD v1"
3.fix the mod and upload the fixed version to the vault. (if youre that determined)
notes:
havent tested "Better LOD EXTREME v1"
"Wonder 5v5" is the only map which i have seen this on.
