Logging in

Hello im having a problem with my FAF launcher and before this happened i was playing with my friends on coop campaign one of them crashed we quit and lost connection to the chat lobby so i relaunched and was unable to connect so i stopped trying then later downloaded the update that came out and linked my account to steam (i assume) and tried logging in like i always have and was greeted by a message with

"Unique Id found for another user
Multiple accounts are not allowed."

im guessing this either has to do with the update i got or the steam link plz help
