OK so, this is still an issue for me today:

Basically, this first time opening the lobby and hosting a game will prompt me this:
After closing the window, and rehosting/joining a game will prompt me this, and it stucks at here:
Anything except joining/hosting game, such as the ladder board, will leave me with a window that cannot be closed. I can only stop the lobby process to get rid of it
I have not made any alternations to my internet except switching back and forth between couple different DNSs, including the Google one and open dns, 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220 Neither of which have caused this issue before. Also, using no custom dns does not solve the issue. Other than that, I cannot recall any changes to my internet, and all other internet functions works just fine.
my firewall is turned off this whole time. Using a vpn which works for my friends just fine does not help either.
