HQ factory bug

This is a bug i observed during a game vs ta on craftious maximus. Basically what happened is that I have quick template tool from crotalus, i middle clicked my t2 cybran land factory hq and this gives me that green/red factory that i can now build, this one being the hq. I selected to build it by accident, then cancelled it, but by doing something in that entire process my hq got the graphical changes as if it were upgading to t3 yet it wasn't and I also couldn't build anything out of the hq. It's at around 9 minute mark.
