Help me please? Having client steam link issues.

Hello,

I'm still kinda new to FAF but I've joined in the last few months. Was a big fan of the original game and FA and loved this mod! However I ran into a problem and can't seem to the find the answer. I've been through this forum a few times looking for it but I'm sure some of you guys have seen it before.

My client was working fine for a month or so until recently I started having problems. Originally I linked my profile to my steam account, and it worked fine. However it started giving me the error, "This computer has been used by a steam account, you have to authentify your account on steam too in order to use it on this computer." It then links me to the steam linking page. I go through this multiple times, tells me I've successfully linked it, but then I continue to get the same error message. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Are you still having this issue?

The steam linking feature is used to allow multiple accounts on the same computer. I haven't yet investigated exactly how it works, but are you signed into the steam account in question?
