Unable to reinstall FAF Lobby. ''Object Already Exist''

I've been trying to reinstall the FAF Lobby however I keep getting the "Object already exists" error during the "Updating component registration" section of the installation which is about half way through. I've done a full uninstall of using the latest version of the installer, and have already re-downloaded it a few times to try and get faf reinstalled, I've also restarted my computer and am unable to find any more FAF files on my computer. Any help on whats causing this issue will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!

Use MSI cleaner. This is not related to FAF directly.

From everything I can find, MSI Cleaner is no longer available and I am instead redirected to the Microsoft fixit utility, which does not detect FAF on the list of programs.

i had this problem, it was completely own fault, so i searched "FAF" and "FAForever" in regedit and deleted everything related to FAF and was able to reinstall, it took me a lot of time to delete those things...

I was finally able to fix it, Turns out the windows Security update KB2918614 broke the windows installer service, Had to remove that update to get it working again x3.
