BSOD: Driver IRQL not less than or equal to.

Hi,

Bought a new laptop about a week ago, HP Envy 15-j140sa. (Specs that should easily be able to run FA I thought.)

After around 10-15 seconds from joining a ladder match one of two things happens:
1. Connectivity issues, I just lose connection to the other player.
2. The titular problem.

I've since gone to the NVIDIA Control Panel and designated the dedicated GPU card to be default on all games but after trying a few more games I've had nothing but problem 1.

Might this be to do with my ISP or wifi connectivity or something?

It'd be greatly appreciated if somebody could help. Cheers all.

Connection issues can be caused by a lot of things. I suggest checking the wiki for the ports you need to forward and see if that solves the issue.
