FAF lobby hangs

Hi all,

for some reason, my lobby has become very slow all of a sudden. it takes very long to login, and the lobby hangs for about 2 minutes before it 'wakes' up again to join a game.
i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this did not work - i wasn't able to do a clean uninstall for some reason

can anyone help?

fixed it by clearing cache, settings, and game files. just fyi for people with this problem
