No cursor when Windows magnifier is running

Since I often sit behind the PC at night, I sometimes use Windows Magnifier to invert the colors. But even when not inverted, I don't get a cursor in FA if the magnifier is running in the background. It's fixed by killing the magnifier, but it would be nice if it would go together.
