faf does not work correctly

long story short my computer windows got messed up and i put a new copy of windows on my computer when i reinstalled faf and tried to play a game it would not let me because there were no games showing up in the find games section. i also cant make a new lobby because all of the options to make one are missing from the left side. everything els is working good. i have fast internet and a fast pc. for some reason faf does not use more then 5% of my bandwith no matter what i am doing so idk. updates are a little slow sometimes but i think that is from server congestion. when i run faf as admin and i leave it on the "whats new" part for 10 min then change the tab to find games it works normaly. this works 50% of the time.
