"Find Games" Errors

I've had this occur once and it randomly came back.

But at the moment, My friend AhrimanSlayer is having an issue.

When she goes into the "Find Games" tab it shows no game modes or hosted matches. The chat screws up and connection to the proxy server is going all fuzzy. We were playing fine this morning and now this happens. She has uninstalled and reinstalled and that has no fix that we know of.

Any fixes or any help? Please.
