Download Not Complete while updateing

I recently (today) re-installed the same exact OS due to some viral issues. Afterwards I installed FaForever and I attempted to launch a game, which initiated the updates. About like 40-50% into the first update, an error pops up saying "Download Not Complete" then it does automatically does the next update, in-which the same sequence of events occur. (base game works)

Should mention, base game works fine.

I just hit 75% before the error message occurred, servers might be overloaded or something in that case. I'll post back if something else happens.

Solved it, reinstalled base game.

I still have the problem... and no reinstalling did not help and no i don't have any kind of antivirus installed or firewall active.

I try double-clicking on any room in FAF and it initiates an update that at some point goes "Download not complete" and when I try to go on with the game and let my friend join it desyncs from the very first second.
