what should i look for in a processor regarding FA

so i was going to upgrade my CPU and i was wondering what should I mainly focus on regarding FA game performance and simspeed.

talking about a setons after 2~3 hours of playtime and high unit caps =D

no model names pls. id rather know about specs that are important to run this game more smoothly
