This leaderboard you can still reach in faf and it is up to date. Just remove (x) the "connect window" in windows after you clicked on leaderboard and then click on the ladder rating tab. The only thing which is not working here is the division ladder system. Since this is shown first it cannot open.

It would have been fixed immediately if reported faster.
