(Which Germany WONT necessarily win)

So i thought of a 8 team (2vs2/3vs3) tourney. It shall be like the World Cup (so you represent your nation).
Why Germany wont win? Because firstly it wont be 1vs1 (for obvious reasons) and 2vs2 games will have 4200 rating limits (so you cannot play the best two players) and 3vs3 to have 6000 rating limit. Note: Rating limits can be changed.

Teams shall be made of 4 players (of same nation of any rating with a team captain. If there are multiple teams for same country they have to play against each other to determine who will play in the final tourney. I thought that countries like UK, US, Germany, Russia, France, Czech Republic (B8 ) can easily make one team and maybe countries like Holland, Belgium, Ukraine, Finland, Poand can field some teams too).

Format will be with 2 round-robin groups each made of 4 teams. There are 3 2vs2 games on 3 maps (I thought of 1 common map, 1 a little bit uncommon, and like a new/unplayed map) and 1 3vs3 game. 2vs2 wins value 2 points each and 3vs3 4 points (the team with most points of this games will get 1 extra point). After 3 rounds where each team play each other team, then the 2 teams with most points qualify to semi-finals which are also the same format as the group matches. Then its the big Final which is 3 2s2s and 2 3vs3, who gets the most points (onlye 3 tho for 3vs3 game in this case) WINS THE TOURNEY. In case of draw it shall be rematched.

So what do u guys think of this idea? What suggestions you have? Remember that details & variables can be changed
