Cutscene issues

Good evening;

I have purchased the Supreme Commander series off of Steam in the past few months and have greatly enjoyed the experience that Supcom provides. I have had an issue with the Supcom FA file from Steam; every time I tried to run the program through Steam the game would not open and would not inform me that the game had crashed. I am only able to run the game through FAF and have been able to play the game except for a few cut scenes in the campaign. I have only experienced issues with the final cut scenes of Operation Dawn and Meltdown thus far. When the Seraphim is coming through the gate in Operation Dawn the game seems to freeze, although the audio and video both are still running; I can see the units moving and such, but the game will not progress any further. I have also experienced this issue with your ACU is being gated out in Operation Meltdown. If anyone has any idea of what is wrong, any input is great. And I apologize for being some what long winded.

Are you playing the campaign through the offline exe of through the coop missions tab? If it is through the offline exe then the coop missions should fix it.
