Map Vault Broke Something

So I went into the code of a map to change around the spawn positions of the armies by simply exchanging their co-ordinates (For GW compatibility). The changes were functional and working, and the map loaded without a hitch. I uploaded the map to the vault using the FOLDERNAME.v0002 and map_version = X, protocol, deleted mine, then re-downloaded after restarting FAF. On trying to load, I now get this error in the log:

Furthermore, when I went into the newly downloaded folder and removed the '.v0002' from the folder name, as well as the renamed files inside (Getting rid of the duplicated one) it runs without fault. Something in the rename and upload process has broken this.

Solved by manually making sure all the path names etc are correct and re-uploading to V3.
