Can´t conect to chat server join games or host.

hello yesterday everything was fine with the lobby, and today i get this in the chat:

Unable to connect to the chat server, but you should still be able to host and join games.

But im unable to host games (mods are not shown) or join games i double click and nothing happends.

any help?

I dont have a firewall neither my modem. also no antivirus...
