Bug with new .scd whitelist

First of all; why was this change not announced? It may leave a lot of people very confused as to why their .scd mods have ceased to work.

Second of all, it breaks the widely used Advanced strategic icons.

Trivially, the mod is listed in whitelist as "Advanced strategic icons.nxt", but when looping through the paths and checking inside the mount_dir_with_blacklist function, the path is put in lowercase.

So whitelist entry needs to be "advanced strategic icons.nxt".


As a side note: The change is rather unprovoked for general faf and it doesn't even ensure that the loaded scds contain what we expect them to.
