help with mumble

can someone help me with the mumble server. I am sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but i was wondering if someone that has ether had this problem or knows how to fix this then please let me know.

the problem
i am trying to connect to the mumble server and i have been having some problems. well one problem.
when i connect through FAF app or through mumble. i always get the same thing.

mumble tries to connect me and then it disconnects with out any errors.
this is what it says in the chat:
[20:23:13] Connecting to server (the server name (the forums won't let me post the URL))
[20:23:43] Disconnected from server.

i have done every thing that the website tells me to do and it still wont work.
if someone could help me then i will be very happy.

just wanted to post a small update.

this is what comes up then i start FA Forever Lobby.

[20:03:37] Welcome to Mumble.
[20:03:41] Opening URL mumble://Alix_141@(f_aforever.c_om)/Games?version=1.2.0
[20:03:41] Connecting to server (the server name (the forums won't let me post the URL))
[20:03:53] f_aforever linked.
[20:04:11] Disconnected from server.

please ignore the _ because the forums won't let me post the URL

Can you try to change your nickname and try it again (with the different nick?). Report back if that worked.

i have tried this before but i never seemed to get something different.
but i think that i did not change it enough.
i had to try a completely different nickname.
