3631 update failed: "Download not complete."

Ever since I bought Supcom gold and installed FAF, the update slowly crawls to about 40% then a window appears, effectively denying 90% of my purchase value:

How long is "ever since", i.e. how long does this problem persist?

I just tried downloading that file directly, and it completes without problems, so I think the error is on your side.

If that download works for you, try putting the file in

Code: Select all

%AllUsersProfile%\FAForever\gamedata

and rename it to

Code: Select all

faforever.nxt

Then try starting a game again, it should download and update the rest.

While you were reading through the wall of text to learn how to post, you didn't look at anything else BUT how to post, in which it states quite clearly that you NEED to post your faforever.log or Ze_PilOt cannot help you.
