Lazyshare disables ping and F1 hotkey menu

I just tested this like this.
1. Opened game with LazyShare enabled
tried to open hotkey menu with F1 -- did not work.
tried to ping with hotkeys (F5 F6 F7 F8) -- worked
tried to ping with overlay -- did not work


Uploaded the logs
