Continued Hotbuild problems

Things I want to do but am no longer able to after patch 3631:

I want to map the "p" key to both energy storage and mass storage. I did it in the old hotbuild by modifying game.prefs and the relevant .lua file in the hotbuild mod. It would be nice if there were a way to assign the same key to multiple buildings or units using the F1 menu (aside from the obvious preset hotbuild combinations on the list), but I'm open to whatever makes this happen.

I want to open the console via F2 instead of tilde(~); I use the tilde for other things and don't see a way to change this keybind now.

I want to open the unit creation menu via alt-f2, like usual. Before I get the usual recommendations, I have cleared my mods folder and deleted game.prefs after downloading patch 3631 in the last hour. Alt-f2 still does nothing. Strangely, it worked fine after going through this process with the first patch 3630. Something in between has messed it up.

You still can by editing your game.prefs. At your own risks.
Binding the same key on different functions will never be allowed by the keybinder, as it's a potential source of problems for standard users.

If you have a custom hotbuild, then keep it. It's not a problem.

alt-f2 is working perfectly.

Hotbuild and/or gaz_ui, as mods, may have mess with it. Nothing I can do, and not a FAF bug.
