Hotbuild not working correctly

Using hotbuild keys works normally.
Using hotbuild keys while having shift pressed does not work.
Pressing shift after using the hotbuild key works, but not during shift.

i have made everything work in the previous 2630 patch, so the most recent one may have broken this.

i have tried resetting keys and rebinding, restarting fa and faf, i have checked to make shure the shift key is not bound to that key.

example:
W for factory works
Shift+w does not work

never mind it was me being stupid

setting a key as (for factory)
w to clear the w binding
then shift+w to set it for the key

makes it work for hotbuild as intended, with and without queue

It was requested that hotbuild doesn't override existing shift-key.

So if you bind "Builders" to Z, but shift-Z is already binded, shift-Z won't use the hotbuild option but the original hotkey.

You need to clear that hotkey and it will work (immediately, no need to restart).
