Small issues with gaz/hotbuild

By default the Gaz option Bigger Strategic Icons is set to on. From chat most people don't like this and it would be better defaulting to off.

In the hotbuild options Frigate is spelt Fregate

When using factory shortcuts in hotbuild holding shift will not queue 5 (not sure if it was like this in old hotbuild). Holding shift and clicking will still queue 5

The shift + hotkey problem is real. It certainly added 5 in the old hotbuild and now does not.
