Skirmish colours don't work for seraphim

I've recently installed FAF, i run the game from there and the skirmish shows me all the army colours and changed interface, but it doesn't work for seraphim (the icon colour is the one i chose, but the units have the default, like in the campaign). i had the same problem with an alternative colour mod before that. I've olready tried deleting the game.prefs file with no result and i don't have any mods active. I would really appreciate to know.

Use the high fidelity preset for shaders.
