Fa failed to start

When I am trying to host a game or to join one, the following window appears:

Thats all i know.
I will add my log (I have no game log because i tried to solve my problem whith clearing everything, reinstalling etc.):

Of course I tried playing with the game, a lan game with my laptop (wich has no issue with the lobby) also reinstalling the game, so I can exclude it's the game's fault.

Yes, I can. There are no issues with the game itself, i ran it on a lan on Friday with this .exe

Probably a antivirus acting up then.

The Joke is: I have no Anti-Virus program or other programs than Steam running. The only one possible could be Windows Defender then. Ill try.

Nothing changed while Windows Defender is disabled..
