Galactic War Tab Crash

As title says, every time I click on the galactic war tab I get the 'Updating Galactic War' and 'Gating in' small loading widows and then I am able to see Galaxy Map and Intelligence tabs though the rest of the screen is grey. Eventually I simply get the windows 'Forged alliance has stopped working' and I can either close or check online for a solution.

I was hesitant to post this as I have enable logs and cannot find any as they don't seem to be being written to the folder as detailed by Zep in the forums.

As an update I've reinstalled my operating system and everything that goes with it and I am still getting the crash with a clean install of FA and FAF.

Found them thanks to BC_Lextoc.
I missed the "Alternatively, you can use "Show logs" in the lobby HELP menu" and was trying to search for them manually and couldn't find anything.
