Foelist buggy

Hi

My Foelist seems to have emptied itself - i remember a lot of players i did not remove from it but are now neutral
(example: BC_Cpt_Chlorgas,Predee) - could it have been that i have added too many foes?

can give more examples if needed - can post logs if it helps
