Fight in this Training tournament on classic maps and receive reviews and help. Tournament participants receive the participation avatar. We may give out a faction face avatar or logo to the top 3. (numbers will decide that)

You must be between 500 and 900 (Global) to join this tournament. Based on the last tournament I will enforce a hard limit on ratings in order to avoid confusion.

The benefit of this tournament will be that the top 4 players shall have their replays reviewed. Which I will provide tips and suggestions for. Furthermore these matches will be unranked. The matches will be default settings except the game speed will be adjustable. Best of luck and please play the maps against the AI or friends if you get a chance . Practice is always important.

In this tournament you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Single elimination:
Round 1 Blasted Rock
Round 2 Canis River
Round 3 Thetha passage Version 2
Round 4 and 5 is needed. (Artic Refuge / Open palms)

would a 920 global rating player be able to play ?

Im at 1300-1400 and I feel like I only grasped some basics of the game, would be great if there was a tournament for the little more advanced average joes as well ( <1500 ? )

Great initiative! Can the replay analysis be posted in these topics as well?

@Alex Sorry but last tournament 900 to 1300 we had some concerns about the rating. Therefore I will enforce the rating limits this time in order to avoid confusion. I fully realize that 20 points over is not a lot but this will help keep things consistent as people raised concerns last time.

@szakalot I may try a 1000 to 1400 Training Tournament next time. I will think about posting some analysis.

Here are the results of the tournament:

Thanks to everyone that played and participants get the participation avatar. For the people that fell outside the rating bracket I will try to host different versions which may include your rating. Last week we had 900 to 1300. This week we had 500 to 900. The next iteration may be 1000 to 1400.

The top 4 will get their replays reviewed in the days to come.
