FAF Gives Missing DLL Message After Installing Newest Lobby

Hello,
After updating my FAF Lobby install from 0.10.95 to 0.10.98 I get a missing DLL message. When I try to install the dlls however, I get a message saying I already have them installed. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

It's related to uid.dll. Do you have it in the install folder?

I've got a comparable problem with a dll load fail after installing the newest lobby, but I seem to be missing a mumble file.
In my case the FAForever lobby doesn't start at all and as soon as i try to start the program it gives me an error.
Where can i find it?
Here is the error (I can't find a log folder):

As The lobby is 32 bits, be sure to download the x86 version, not the x64!

Problem here as well, after updating lobby with the automatic patcher i can't play anymore.
First it says something about a missing DLL, now "FAF is unable to bind the port bla bla bla, check firewall settings.

I thought everyone had the basic dll of windows so I could decrease the installer size, but as it seems not to be the case, you can download 0.10.99 (a GW update, but it contains all the DLL that were removed in 0.10.98) :
