Make clicking "Livestreams" button always refresh the page

Make clicking "Livestreams" button always refresh the page.

Currently if FAF has been opened, someone has checked for streams, found none and after that went to play a game / eat / take a bath / etc, selects a different tab and checks later again, he'll still see same info, although it could be hours old and therefore useless.

I know that rightclicking the page and selecting "reload" works, but it isn't obvious and there's no good reason to show old data either way.
