Windows 8 issues

Hello!

I installed FA from CD on my windows 8 pc. After doing that I couldN' shut windows down. I couldn' open programs(exe) and i couldn't do a right click in the explorer. Then I reinstalled windows 8. Now i've installed FA again(over steam this time). It's running correctly with FAF but i can't shutdown my computer.

I've searched the internet for hours but i didn't find a solution.

Pls help me.

task manager, end process?

Which process? There is no progress like fa.exe or so and ForgedAlliance isn't even running.
