TCP Error Connection refused

I'm getting the above error where I lose connectivity to the FAF server. It's happening every hour or so - but can be more or less, so variable.

I don't use uPnP, ports are forwarded. I can join games OK. If this happens when I'm in-game, everything freezes for a second, then games continues ok.

Still happening.

I was posting onto the forums when this happened earlier and I got an error back from the post in Chrome, stating something about a DNS error. Unfortunately I didn't save the page or get a screenie (DOH!). I pressed back and re-posted and it worked. When I tried to go back to the error page it wasn't listed. Dunno if that helps some.
